I wanted to share some of my favorite journal prompts especially as we are moving into the last part of Winter where I feel like motivation is at an all time low. Journaling is one of my number one tools to break down big problems and goals into smaller actionable steps I can take. So here are some of my favorites!

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs:
What is one limiting belief I’ve held onto for too long? Where did it come from?
How has this belief shaped my decisions? What would change if I let it go?
What evidence do I have that contradicts this belief?
What is one small action I can take this week to challenge this belief?
Breaking Free of the 'Lone Wolf' Mentality:
When have I felt like I needed to do everything on my own? How did that impact me?
What would it feel like to lean on others for support?
Who in my life has offered me help that I’ve hesitated to accept? Why?
What’s one way I can intentionally build community this month?
Stepping Into Your Power:
What does personal power mean to me?
In what areas of my life do I already feel powerful? Where do I feel powerless?
What is one way I can embody confidence in my daily life?
What’s a past experience where I doubted myself but succeeded anyway?
Dreaming Big & Manifestation:
If I had no fear of failure, what would I pursue?
What is one dream I’ve downplayed or dismissed? Why?
How can I make my dreams feel more tangible and achievable?
What limiting thoughts arise when I think about achieving my biggest goal?
Joy as Resistance:
What does joy feel like in my body?
How can I prioritize joy in small, everyday ways?
When was the last time I experienced pure joy? What was I doing?
How can choosing joy be a form of resistance in my life?
